How to Receive Services

1. Register as a New Client

Call 509-505-7481 option 2 to register as a new client in need of speech, language, cognition, or swallowing disorders.

2. Determining Your Needs

After registration, a Speech-Language Pathology team member will call you to discuss your therapeutic needs in further detail.

3. Complete the Intake Form

Our patient services representative will send you a comprehensive intake form that will include your case history to be returned before scheduling your appointment.

4. Appointment Preparation and Scheduling

Once we have received your intake form, we will schedule and prepare for your first appointment.

In preparation of your first visit, we will select assessment procedures and assign a speech-language pathologist and WSU graduate student to conduct an evaluation and plan for your treatment.

5. Appointment Scheduling

Our patient services representative will contact you directly to schedule your first and subsequent appointments.
